For the New Year season, our team was tasked with creating an interactive game integrated directly into the Uklon app that would:
Project Business Goals:
We developed a New Year game integrated into the Uklon app, combining simple, intuitive mechanics with a rewards system.
Game Mechanics:
Users need to match cars with waiting passengers by color. Successful combinations unlock additional ride bonuses.
Attempt Limits:
Each player has 3 attempts per day, creating excitement and encouraging daily return. Extra attempts are awarded for paying for rides with a Mastercard.
Brand Ecosystem Integration:
The game is seamlessly embedded in the app, enhancing the experience without distracting users from booking rides.

The game became an effective tool for increasing engagement and retaining users within the Uklon app. The project demonstrated how interactive games can make rides more rewarding and enjoyable, while also effectively supporting business goals, such as encouraging users to link their Mastercard to the app.
