Our team’s main objective was to develop a game for a national promotion and integrate it into the Silpo supermarket app.
Key business goals:
Build an association between shopping at Silpo and a sense of joy by offering games that deliver positive emotions and extra perks;
Boost app retention (encourage users to return to the app more often);
Attract new users to the Silpo app through engaging gamification;
Increase the average session length in the app;
Raise the number of daily active users;
Drive up the average purchases per customer.
Our team created a custom-designed game with its own unique storyline, seamlessly integrated into the Silpo supermarket app.
The game, called The Way of Samur-Murai, follows the journey of a fluffy apprentice on a quest to find the legendary Temple of Purring in a world inspired by both Ukrainian and Japanese cultures. The journey is filled with challenges, and with the player’s guidance, our hero must prove his skill in mastering the art of purring.
The game includes three main mechanics:
A key feature is the rewards shop. Each player (Silpo customer) earns sushi points by playing, which can later be redeemed for exclusive offers on in-store products.
