PROSTOR is an innovative, stylish, and forward-thinking beauty and personal care chain in the Ukrainian drogerie segment.

Task

After the successful launch of the first gamification, the PROSTOR team approached us with an ambitious request: to create an even more engaging format for interacting with customers through a game in their mobile app.

We developed the first gamification in Ukraine for the drogerie segment with a sorting-based mechanic — where users need to match and organize items in groups of three on shelves before time runs out.

How does it work?
Players progress through levels, sort items, earn beauties, points, and win gifts from the activation partner — Henkel. The higher the level, the harder the game gets — and the greater the chance to win valuable prizes.

The PROSTOR game became the first of its kind in Ukraine with this sorting mechanic and instantly captured the attention of thousands of users. The loyalty program is still ongoing, so the official results will be available after its completion.
