How does it work?

Users help Sandy deliver parcels every day, navigating obstacles in a fast-paced runner-style game.

For successful deliveries, players receive loot boxes and promo codes from partners, which can be redeemed in the Bonus Delivery loyalty program.

Results

"Mission Sandy" attracted hundreds of thousands of players within the first few days of its launch, becoming the first successful gamification project in the Nova Poshta app. Players completed millions of game sessions, which significantly increased user activity within the app and boosted engagement with the loyalty program. The game not only provided an exciting user experience but also rewarded customers with tens of thousands of partner certificates. This case confirmed the effectiveness of gamification as a powerful tool for customer engagement and retention, strengthening trust in the brand and increasing interaction with the mobile app
