Sense Bank — Sense Bank — A large Ukrainian bank offering a full range of digital and physical services for both individual and corporate clients.
To create a gamified experience within the Sense SuperApp for the 2026 FIFA World Cup that simultaneously boosts user engagement, stimulates transaction activity, and organically integrates partner brands — Mastercard and MEGOGO — as part of the game mechanics rather than an advertising layer.
Project Goals:
We developed and integrated an arcade football game into the Sense SuperApp, where the player controls a footballer and shoots the ball into the goal while overcoming various obstacles: walls, moving goalposts, narrowed goals, and targets with different scoring zones. A successful shot requires balancing power, direction, and ball spin — a simple yet addictive gameplay loop that drives sustained engagement.
The core reward mechanic is built around points: by completing the campaign conditions — earning 3,000 points and making 5 transactions of at least UAH 50 — the user receives a one-month MEGOGO subscription to watch live World Cup 2026 broadcasts. This turns every financial action into a step toward real value within the game journey.
To build a habit of daily app returns, we implemented several key product solutions:
Daily Streak with a Points Multiplier Users are rewarded for consecutive days of gameplay — the multiplier grows from ×1.2 to ×2, directly affecting the speed of progress. The global streak economy is designed so that comfortable progress is only possible while maintaining the maximum multiplier, and losing a streak significantly slows advancement toward the 3,000-point goal. Players also receive a visual reward — a flaming ball.
Real-Time PvP Mode Players can challenge another Sense SuperApp user and compete online. The match result — win, loss, or draw — does not affect point accumulation: all points earned during the game are added to the user's total score. This lowers the barrier to participation and makes PvP a natural tool for social engagement and organic growth.
Partner Integration as Part of the Game Ecosystem Mastercard and MEGOGO are integrated not as branding, but as functional elements of the game economy: Mastercard transactions are a condition for receiving rewards, and the MEGOGO subscription is the final prize of the entire game journey.
